Hagens Spring Group is where our customers are, as we greatly value our close relations to our customers. That is why Hagens Spring Group builds and opens a new factory with associated sales office in China.

To optimize the entire process, Hagens Fjedre A/S collects together the whole production in Støvring.

2005
Hagens Fjedre A/S celebrates its 60th anniversary. Henrik Hagens becomes the new managing director.

1992
The current managing director - Henrik Hagens - becomes a member of the management of Hagens Fjedre A/S. Henrik Hagens is the third generation of the company's founder.

1982
Hagens Fjedre A/S is in constant growth and production is started in Gladsaxe near Copenhagen - an area where a great number of customers in specialized industrial production are located. We wanted to be close to our customers then too.

1977
Hagens Fjedre A/S expands again. A factory is bought in Brovst in Northern Jutland, and the machine park in Støvring is also again renewed.

1970
Hagens Fjedre celebrates its 25th anniversary and Knud Hagens transfers the management of the business to the second generation. Peter Hagens becomes the managing director.

1966
Spring production is now so big and the range of products so varied that new premises are again required. As Knud Hagens wishes to be closer to the growing number of customers in Jutland, he elects to start production with 30 work places in Støvring.
There springs of up to 25 mm wire thickness are produced for industry and agriculture.

1960
Hagens Fjedre again requires more space and moves to Dr. Olgas Vej - also in Fredriksberg.

1955
Hagens Fjedre moves from its basement premises in Tjørnegade in Fredriksberg to larger premises in Kong Georges Vej. Knud Hagens now only makes springs - and from other materials than just thin wire.

1945
Hagens Fjedre A/S was originally a bicycle shop in Frederiksberg in Copenhagen. As well as repairing bikes, engineer Knud Hagens started to manufacture springs in thin wire.
