Screw terminal connections

Thread cutting, screw insertions are performed directly on the stamping machines.

A screw terminal is an electrical connector where a wire is secured by tightening a screw. This method of connection can involve wrapping the wire directly under the screw head, clamping it with a metal plate via a screw, or securing it with a set screw within a metal tube. The wire may be bare or fitted with a ferrule or connecting lug before insertion. Tools required for tightening can vary, including flat-blade or cross-blade screwdrivers, hex keys, Torx keys, among others.
